Jack has been performing inspections since 1983. His experience prior to the home inspection profession was as a construction design/estimator for a large general contracting firm. Projects included residential construction and commercial/residential renovations. An expert in passive solar design, he focuses on energy savings on all projects. In 1985 he founded Tri- County Inspection Co. Inc.

As the owner of one of the leading inspection firms, Jack is involved with the direction of the inspection industry by his participation in leadership of ASHI®. ASHI® not only sets the standard for the profession, but guides it through progressive changes as the industry grows. At the local chapter, Tri-State ASHI, Jack has served on the Board of Directors since 1994. He has held positions as Public Relations Chairman, Secretary, Vice President and President. Jack is also the immediate past President of the Pennsylvania Home Inspectors Coalition
.

Bill has been with Tri-County since 1987. He is well known in our area as the historic property specialist. Bill brings to the home inspection industry his experience and knowledge gained from construction management and historic restoration. He still acts as a consultant to public and private historic sites in several States and has inspected thousands of properties dating from pre-revolution settlement to Victorian times.

Bill has the experience to offer insight into old building's original features and the changes that have occurred over time. He also has hands on experience with the tools and techniques used for building in those early times. His latest projects include a reproduction of a timber frame building and restoring his prior home that was built c.1690. He has also written articles and columns for national and regional publications about home inspections and historic restoration and is a frequent speaker at educational seminars for home inspectors and preservation professionals.

Bill is also the current Director of the Historic Building Inspectors Association, past President of Southern NJ Chapter of ASHI® and Treasurer of the PA Home Inspectors Coalition.

Chris joined Tri-County with over a decade of experience in general contracting. His multitude of past projects include both new construction and renovations to existing buildings. Chris' on-site involvement and extensive skills in structural and mechanical systems has made him a valuable part of our inspection team.

Chris' background enables him to evaluate a wide range of property ages and styles of construction. With his hands-on experience, Chris can educate buyers on their homes' components from the roof to the basement.

Greg's experience in residential and commercial construction and as an insurance adjuster has made him a valuable part of the TCI team. As a contractor for 15 years, he has experience in new construction, as well as additions and renovations to mostly high value properties. Greg's projects also include building his own home and maintaining his investment properties.

Before joining Tri-County, Greg was a licensed insurance adjuster who represented owners primarily for large losses in fire damaged properties. His responsibilities included estimating and adjusting claims to reconstruct properties to their original condition.

Greg also is experienced in commercial building inspections and has completed the Carson Dunlop Weldon Commercial Inspection Course.

Pete has conducted over 7000 home inspections for South Jersey home buyers during his 19+ year home inspection career. Before joining Tri-County Inspections in 2003, Pete owned and operated Twin Oaks Inspections, Inc., of Woodbury, New Jersey.

Given his credentials including: licensed New Jersey Home Inspector, certified ASHI Member, licensed New Jersey Building RCS Inspector, and licensed New Jersey Radon Measurement Technician, Pete has the experience required to provide outstanding professional inspection and radon testing services. He also holds a degree in civil engineering (BSCE). Prior to becoming a home inspector Pete worked for over 20 years in various management positions in the construction/ building products industry.

Pete is also past president of Tri-State Chapter of ASHI® (2002-2004), is currently a director of the Southern NJ Chapter of ASHI®, and is a member of the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists, Inc. (AARST).
