All of the above inspections are followed by a report of the findings and recommendations for the builder. The final full inspection report covers all conditions, a builders punch list, and future maintenance recommendations for the home.

BUILDER'S WARRANTY INSPECTION
Many area builders offer a one year warranty and allow homeowners to prepare a "punch-list" for repairs needed at the twelfth month of occupancy. New homeowners have called upon us to perform a complete inspection of all components of the home to ensure that any existing or future potential concerns are addressed.

INSPECTION FEES
Our fees are based on the purchase price and age of the property. Please contact us with the property information and we will gladly provide the inspection fee with no obligation. When comparing inspection firms, the quality of service, experience, reputation, insurance coverages and report format are typically reflected in the fees.

OTHER SERVICES

We can arrainge a wood destroying insect inspection and radon testing by other specialists, to be performed at the time of the building inspection.

Tri-County Inspections does not provide any of these additional services:
Repairs, Water testing, on-site sewage inspection, pool certification, lead paint testing, environmental testing, underground tank testing, etc.

Our inspectors have to be experts on every other building component, thus it is advised that you retain special experts for these specific items. We can, upon request, supply names of individuals who have experience, licenses or certifications to perform these tests.
