Our residential fees are based on the purchase price and age of the property. Our commercial building inspection fees are based on estimated man-hours. Our consulting and expert witness fees are at an hourly rate. Please contact us with the property information and we will gladly provide the inspection fee with no obligation. When comparing inspection firms, the quality of service, experience, reputation, insurance coverages and report format are typically reflected in the fees.

We can provide radon testing and arrange wood destroying insect inspections and septic system evaluation by other specialists, to be performed at the time of the building inspection.

Tri-County Inspections does not provide any of these additional services:
Repairs, water quality/adequacy testing, pool inspection, lead paint testing, environmental testing, underground tank testing, etc. Our inspectors have to be experts on every other building component, thus it is advised that you retain special experts for these specific items. We can, upon request, supply names of individuals who have experience, licenses or certifications to perform these tests.
