We can arrainge a wood
destroying insect inspection and radon testing by other specialists, to be
performed at the time of the building inspection.
Tri-County Inspections does not
provide any of these additional services:
Repairs, Water testing, on-site sewage inspection, pool
certification, lead paint testing, environmental testing, underground tank
testing, etc.
Our inspectors have to be experts on
every other building component, thus it is advised that you retain special
experts for these specific items. We can, upon request, supply names of
individuals who have experience, licenses or certifications to perform these
tests.
