Builder's Warranty Inspections

Many area builders offer a one year warranty and allow homeowners to prepare a "punch-list" for repairs needed at the twelfth month of occupancy. New homeowners regularly call upon us to perform a complete inspection of all components of the home to ensure that any existing or future concerns are addressed.
