Tri-County Inspections opened
a second office to serve the Lehigh Valley in 2002. We convinced our most
experienced inspector, Bill Kibbel, to relocate to this area.
Since 1986, Bill has inspected over 10,000 residential,
commercial and historic buildings. Due to his extensive experience, he has also
been asked to provide expert witness services, write technical publications,
advise homeowner associations and train home inspectors.
He has written articles and columns for national and regional publications
about home inspections and building restoration and is a very popular, frequent
speaker at educational seminars for building inspectors.
Bill is the immediate Past President of the
SNJ Chapter of the
American Society of Home Inspectors and Treasurer for the
Pennsylvania Home Inspectors
Coalition. He is also the current Director of the
Historic Building
Inspectors Association, an organization of building inspectors that have
experience evaluating historic buildings and have an understanding of
preservation standards.
Bill is occasionally available to travel outside of the
area for unique or historically significant properties. |
