Tri-County Inspections opened a second officein
Upper Bucks County to serve the
Hunterdon County NJ and Lehigh Valley PA area in 2002. We convinced our most
experienced inspector, Bill Kibbel, to relocate to this area.
Since 1986, Bill has inspected over 10,000 residential, commercial and historic
buildings. Due to his extensive experience, he has also been asked to provide
expert witness services, write technical publications, advise homeowner
associations and train home inspectors. Bill is also our historic buildings expert and commercial building inspection specialist.
He has written articles and columns for national
and regional publications about building inspections and historic restoration
and is a very popular, frequent speaker at
educational seminars for building inspectors.
