Since 1986, Bill has inspected over 10,000
residential, commercial and historic buildings. Due to his extensive
experience, he has also been asked to provide expert witness services, write
technical publications, advise homeowner associations and train home
inspectors. Bill is our historic buildings expert
and commercial building inspection specialist.
He has written articles and columns for national
and regional publications about building inspections and historic restoration
and is a very popular, frequent speaker at
educational seminars for building inspectors.
Bill is a Past President of the
SNJ Chapter of the
American Society of Home Inspectors and Treasurer for the
Pennsylvania Home Inspectors
Coalition. He is also the current Director of the
Historic Building
Inspectors Association, an organization of building inspectors that have
experience evaluating historic buildings and have an understanding of
preservation standards.
